| "Jacques" and "Bertha"
are the parents of Maverick.
They are also the parents of Paul Bernatchez's
Le Tournier who bred 4 top 10 finishers
in the Le Tour. Only 5 young birds were entered from
him. Bertha has Heitzman Sion, Janssen & Catrysse
bloodlines. In 1988, Jacques with Iron
Maiden sired two 400 mile day young birds (CRPC 132 & 234 -
see 1988 CRPU Year Book page yb 33)
